- Please provide your WRIST SIZE when ordering and I will size the bracelet for a comfortable fit. I will add 3 jump rings to the end of your bracelet to allow for a slightly adjustable size.
- Please send your dog or cat nose images to ATimelessImpression@gmail.com. The texture of the nose needs to be very well focused and without glares for the best results. I can also use an ink print, and on occasion, a photo of a mold, as long as the details are crisp and clear. All photos are reviewed prior to making and if I don't believe it will turn out well, I will let you know.
- I will add a small heart engraved with up to 8 characters to the back of your bracelet link. Please enter the engraving you would like on the back in the personalization field. If you do not want any personalization, the heart will be left off.

Due to the individual personalization and craftsmanship that goes into each keepsake, please allow 2-3 weeks from the time I receive your nose images for your keepsake to be lovingly handcrafted. If you need your keepsake sooner than this timeframe, please contact me so I can assure you that I can meet that timeframe. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
